Relationship Manager-Bharat Business-Bharat Business Loans-Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the bank's client base, primarily targeting small and medium-sized businesses. Your role will involve understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a key point of contact, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the bank's business network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client financial needs and offer suitable loan products and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan application process.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to offer competitive financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and efficient loan processing.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide post-sales support to maintain a high level of client engagement.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the bank's other products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, especially those targeted at small businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
