Job Description
*JOB DESCRIPTION for FIELD COLLECTION EXECUTIVE*
* Visit customers to collect payments and ensure timely collections.
* Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update customer accounts.
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues.
* Report on collection activities and progress to management.
* Handle difficult situations and customer complaints diplomatically.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal standards.
* Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive customer relations.
