Job Location:On-site (Biogas Plant)
Job Summary:We are hiring a Maintenance Operator – Biogas Plant who will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations, and minimizing downtime through regular inspection and basic repairs.
- Key Responsibilities:Operate biogas plant systems and monitor daily performance
- Perform routine maintenance of pumps, motors, pipelines, and other equipment
- Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist in feeding raw materials (paddy straw, dung, organic waste, etc.)
- Maintain daily logs and report any issues to the supervisor
- Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of plant area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in plant maintenance / industrial operations (Biogas/CBG preferred)
- Required Skills:Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to handle tools and maintenance work
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to work in field conditions
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Overtime (if applicable)
