Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction
activities, manage manpower, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as
per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day site activities including RCC, shuttering, bar bending, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
* Manage and monitor a workforce of carpenters, bar benders, masons, scaffolders, and helpers.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
* Track labour productivity, attendance, and work progress.
* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
* Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials and equipment.
