Accountant

Financial Accounting

* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

* Record daily financial transactions accurately

* Prepare journal entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements

* Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Process vendor invoices and payments

* Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables

* Maintain accurate records of payables and receivables

Taxation & Compliance

* Prepare and file GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations

* Assist during audits and provide required documentation

Payroll Management

* Process employee salaries and reimbursements

* Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions

Financial Reporting

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

* Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

* Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Inventory & Cost Control

* Monitor inventory records and costing

* Assist in cost analysis and expense tracking

* Proficiency in accounting software such as TallyPrime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books

* Good analytical and numerical skills
