JOB DESCRIPTION – GALLERY MANAGER

Position OverviewThe Gallery Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s product gallery operations, visual presentation, inventory coordination, customer experience, team supervision, and overall gallery performance. The role requires operational management, product display planning, coordination with digital teams, and maintaining professional standards aligned with company goals.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Gallery Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day gallery activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the gallery.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • 2. Product Display & Visual ManagementManage product arrangement and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal display updates.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to company branding guidelines.
  • Maintain attractive and conversion-focused gallery layouts.
  • 3. Inventory & Stock CoordinationMonitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams.
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Report stock shortages and damaged products.
  • Maintain inventory records and audit reports.
  • 4. Team ManagementSupervise gallery staff and assign responsibilities.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and daily performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Maintain discipline and professional workplace standards.
  • 5. Customer Experience ManagementHandle customer inquiries and escalation cases.
  • Ensure excellent customer interaction and service quality.
  • Collect customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • 6. Sales & Performance MonitoringTrack gallery performance and sales targets.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with management for business growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer retention.
  • 7. Digital & E-Commerce CoordinationCoordinate with social media and marketing teams for campaigns.
  • Support product photography and gallery content requirements.
  • Maintain understanding of e-commerce product presentation.
  • Coordinate with online order and customer support teams.
  • 8. Technology & AI Awareness (Preferred)Basic understanding of:
  • AI image tools
  • AI video creation tools
  • Product content management
  • Lead generation processes
  • WhatsApp communication and API awareness
  • Excel and reporting tools
  • Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree preferred (Management, Commerce, Business, or equivalent).
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail, gallery, operations, or e-commerce management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
