Outbound Merchant Acquisition: Call prospective store owners and retail managers to pitch partnership or platform benefits.

End-to-End Onboarding: Guide merchants step-by-step through account creation, profile setup, and initial configuration over the phone.

Documentation & Verification: Collect required business documents (like licenses, tax IDs, and bank details) and verify information.

Objection Handling: Address retailer concerns regarding fees, contracts, or technical requirements with clear solutions.

CRM Management: Log all call statuses, merchant feedback, and onboarding progress accurately in the database.
