Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about rides, shows, tickets, timings, safety rules, and facilities
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate complex matters when required
- Assist guests with special needs, senior citizens, and families
- Coordinate with operations, security, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest service
- Maintain guest service counters and ensure all materials are up to date
- Collect guest feedback and help improve service quality
- Ensure compliance with Wonderla’s safety and service standards
- Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly personality
- Ability to work under pressure and handle large crowds
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ticketing systems preferred)
- QualificationsGraduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or amusement parks is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Working ConditionsWillingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors when required
