Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Visit customer locations for UPS battery installation, inspection, and replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot UPS and battery-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of batteries and UPS systems.
- Test battery voltage, charging systems, and backup performance.
- Ensure proper battery connections and safety compliance.
- Educate customers on battery maintenance and usage best practices.
- Maintain service reports and update job completion records.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding spare parts and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow company safety procedures while working on-site.
