Business Development & Sales Executive

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
• Promote company products to customers, dealers, and distributors
• Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to generate business

2. Customer Development

• Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Address customer queries and provide detailed product information

3. Order & Collection Managements

• Ensure accurate booking and processing of orders
• Coordinate for timely delivery of materials
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections

4. Reporting & Market Feedback

• Submit daily visit reports (DVR) and weekly sales reports
• Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities
• Track stock availability at dealer/distributor levels

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good market knowledge and field sales experience
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline Plus MBA

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in field sales / channel sales for TMT
• Willingness to travel extensively across East/West Medinipur/Jhargram to develop business and sales
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
