Job Description

The candidate shall be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handling day-to-day office administration work
  • Maintaining company records, files, and documentation
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, BOQs, and purchase orders
  • Managing contractor, vendor, and client billing records
  • Handling cash book, petty cash, and account entries
  • Maintaining GST bills and basic accounting documentation
  • Coordinating with site engineers and management team
  • Preparing attendance, salary sheets, and payment follow-ups
  • Managing emails, calls, and official correspondence
  • Maintaining stock and material records
  • Preparing reports in Excel and submitting daily updates
