Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Assistant to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Help reconcile accounts, review financial transactions, and ensure accuracy.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

Support budgeting and financial planning processes.

Handle payroll and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.

Knowledge of accounting software

Basic understanding of accounting principles and real estate transactions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Education:

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
