Job Description
✈️ We're Hiring – Air Ticketing & Customer Support Executive
Company: AirDesk Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Gillco Valley, Kharar (Work From Office)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift | Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs
⏰ Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled between 2:00 PM and 2:00 AM. Employees work a 9-hour shift, including 8 working hours and a 1-hour break.
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls related to flight bookings.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries via calls and emails.
- Achieve daily and monthly booking/sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
- Eligibility:Freshers to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
