Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can generate leads, communicate with clients, and bring business for our IT services company. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Linkedin etc., and understand how to approach potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.
• Identify potential clients for IT services
• Send proposals, bids, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients and understand requirements
• Convert leads into projects
• Maintain long-term client relationships
• Call / Message Leads as per the data allocated

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales (IT preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Upwork or similar platforms

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in bidding on Upwork
• Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation
• Basic understanding of IT services
