Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and compassionate Caretaker cum House Help to assist with elderly/patient care and manage routine household activities. The ideal candidate should be patient, hygienic, physically fit, and able to maintain a clean and organized home environment while providing basic caregiving support.

• Key Responsibilities1. Patient / Elderly CareAssist with daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting if required).
• Help with walking, mobility, and transferring safely.
• Administer medicines strictly as instructed by the family.
• Monitor and record:
• Blood Pressure (BP)
• Oxygen Saturation (SpO₂)
• Pulse Rate
• Temperature
• Inform the family immediately if any abnormal symptoms are observed.
• Accompany the patient during hospital visits when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the patient's room and belongings.
• 2. Household WorkSweeping and mopping.
• Dusting and cleaning furniture.
• Washing utensils.
• Laundry (washing, drying, folding, ironing if required).
• Making beds and changing bed sheets.
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.
• Garbage disposal.
• Watering plants (if required).
• 3. Kitchen AssistancePrepare simple vegetarian meals as instructed.
• Make tea, breakfast, and light snacks.
• Cut vegetables and assist in meal preparation.
• Keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.
• Store groceries properly.
• 4. Household SupportPurchase groceries or medicines if required.
• Receive deliveries.
• Help organize household items.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the house.
• Skills RequiredExperience in patient or elderly care preferred.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and infection control.
• Ability to use:
• Digital BP Machine
• Pulse Oximeter
• Thermometer
• Honest, polite, and respectful.
• Good physical stamina.
• Basic cooking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience as a caretaker, nursing assistant, or house help.
• First Aid knowledge is an added advantage.
• Ability to read basic Hindi or English.
• Police verification preferred.
• Working Hours12-hour shift or 24-hour live-in (as agreed).
• One weekly off (subject to patient requirements).
• Flexibility during medical emergencies.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience, duties, and whether live-in or live-out).
• Food and accommodation provided (for live-in candidates).

• Candidate RequirementsAge: 25–50 years (preferred)
• Physically fit
• Non-alcoholic and non-smoker while on duty
• No criminal background (police verification preferred)
• Willing to stay with the family if live-in
• Comfortable working around elderly or recovering patients

Daily Routine (Example)Morning (6:30–10:00 AM)

• Assist patient with morning routine
• Record BP, pulse, SpO₂, and temperature
• Prepare breakfast
• Clean kitchen and patient room
• Sweep and mop the house

Afternoon (10:00 AM–3:00 PM)

• Laundry and ironing
• Prepare lunch
• Assist with medicines
• Patient mobility/exercises (if advised)
• General housekeeping

Evening (3:00–8:00 PM)

• Prepare tea and dinner
• Assist with evening medicines
• Record vital signs if required
• Organize the house
• Ensure the patient is comfortable before bedtime
