Job Description
Computer Hardware & Network Engineer Responsibilities:
- Diploma / B.Tech degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise Network Infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems (Win10, Win11, Win Server OS, Linux, Etc), application software and desktop management tools.
- Good knowledge about setup and configuring of wireless controllers and access points, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Routers, VAN Routers, Load Balancers, Etc.
- Talented in solving the network related issues, Wi-Fi issues, LAN Issues. Maintenance of LAN and WAN connections in the computer through server.
- Support and troubleshooting Servers, Desktop, Laptop, Wireless, Switches, Printers, CCTV, Copiers, Mobile Devices, etc.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues on Call and Remote Tools like Anydesk.
- Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.
• • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
