Job Description
✈️ AirDesk Solutions Private Limited is hiring enthusiastic Freshers and Experienced Candidates for the position of Travel Sales Executive / Aviation Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive.
The role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, handling sales inquiries, achieving targets, and providing excellent customer support to drive business growth.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to flight bookings
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
• Assist clients through calls & emails
• Maintain CRM & sales reports
✨ What We’re Looking For:
• 6 Months – 1 Year experience in Travel Sales / Customer Support
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & email communication
• Knowledge of airline booking portals
• Familiarity with train/bus/flight bookings
• Professional behaviour & clear communication
• Ability to work under pressure
