Job Description

Position: Account Assistant

Experience: 0–1 Year

Location: Nighoje, Pune Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our finance team. The candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with bookkeeping activities.

  • Responsibilities Maintain accounting records and data entries
  • Assist with invoices, vouchers, and billing
  • Handle bank reconciliation and expense tracking
  • Support GST/TDS documentation and filing
  • Prepare reports using Excel and accounting software
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally/ERP software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
  • Preferred Skills Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Basic GST and taxation knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
