Job Title: Junior Quality Inspector

Location: Varale, Chakan & Nanekarwadi, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Inspector to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspection of parts to identify defects such as scratches, dents, and surface irregularities
• Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Ensure products meet defined quality standards and engineering specifications
• Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports
• Identify non-conforming products and report deviations to the supervisor
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or relevant field
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in quality inspection can apply

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques
• Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
