Micro Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Head
- Responsible for managing and leading a micro branch within the banking sector. - Oversee branch operations, customer service, and business development activities. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Lead a team to achieve branch targets and maintain high service standards. - Coordinate with higher management for smooth functioning of branch activities. - Handle customer grievances and resolve issues efficiently. - Drive growth in deposits, loans, and other banking products at the branch level. - Maintain records and reports related to branch performance and audits. - Requires leadership skills, banking knowledge, and ability to manage multiple locations. - Suitable for candidates with experience in branch banking and team management.Job role
