Job Description

  • Oversee daily production operations for SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and sheet metal fabrication
  • Plan and schedule production to meet targets and deadlines
  • Optimize processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly) to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with design, maintenance, and procurement teams
  • Monitor KPIs and resolve production issues/bottlenecks
  • Lead and manage production team and shop-floor activities
  • Implement continuous improvement practices (Lean, etc.)
  • Maintain production reports and documentation
