Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential business clients to build a strong pipeline.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.

Sales Presentations & Proposals: Delivering tailored presentations demonstrating how products/services meet client needs.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts and pricing, navigating complex purchasing cycles to close deals.

Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategies.

CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities, often using tools like Salesforce. 


Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand complex client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Tools: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. 


Common Performance Metrics

Revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly).

Number of new qualified leads generated.

Conversion rate of proposals to closed deals.

Client retention rate.
