Job Summary

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading 3PL Hub in Kheda. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and inventory management. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing customer orders accurately
• Sorting, scanning, and labeling shipments
• Loading and unloading packages/materials
• Receiving and put-away of inventory
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Following SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
• Supporting inventory audits and stock counting
• Coordinating with supervisors and team members for smooth operations
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Age: 18 to 30 years preferred
• Basic reading and understanding of Hindi/English
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages during shifts
