Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products, especially temperature-sensitive goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
• Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor cold storage parameters and ensure product quality is maintained.
• Drive process improvements to reduce losses, damages, and operational inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–8 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience in Fruits & Vegetables, Fresh Produce, Agri Commodities, Food Supply Chain, or Cold Storage is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes.
• Experience handling warehouse manpower and shift operations.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and team management skills.
