Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer / Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality construction work.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project milestones.
• Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
