Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Quality Engineer to join our civil construction team. The candidate will assist in ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role offers excellent learning opportunities in quality inspection, documentation, and site execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInspect civil construction activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Verify work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct field inspections and monitor workmanship.
• Perform basic material inspections and coordinate testing of concrete, steel, bricks, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Assist in maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans and applicable codes.
• Support internal quality audits and site inspections.
• Maintain daily quality reports and records.
• Required SkillsBasic understanding of civil construction methods.
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction materials.
• Familiarity with IS Codes and quality control procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD preferred).
• Willingness to work at construction sites.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of concrete testing (slump test, cube test).
• Understanding of QA/QC documentation.
• Internship experience in construction projects is an added advantage.
