2. Job PurposeTo plan and carry out restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, with a strong focus on sales upgradation by maintaining high operational standards in line with agreed business plans.

3. Job DimensionsNumber of Staff Supervised:

• Total: 30 Team Members + Shift Managers

Financial Data:

• Operating Budget / Revenues: As per assigned targets
• 4. Key AccountabilitiesProduction Planning & WarehousingOversee procurement activities to improve operational efficiency, quality standards, and cost savings
• Manage restaurant operations with optimum inventory levels without affecting production and distribution
• Ensure zero stock-out situations

• Zero stock-out situations
• Feedback from operations team
• Yield reports
• Internal & external audits
• Commissary scorecard
• Inventory holding levels
• Supply Chain ManagementMaintain and manage supply chain networks to ensure timely distribution of materials
• Monitor stock availability and arrange on-time deliveries
• Coordinate logistics operations with internal teams and external agencies for cost-effective transportation

• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to quality standards laid down by Domino’s Pizza International Limited

• 7. Qualifications, Experience & SkillsQualification: Hotel Management or Food Technology
• Experience: 5–6 years in retail/services industry, with 1–2 years exposure to supply chain operations
