### **Job Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive for our **Janaushadhi Kendra** retail pharmacy. The primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their prescriptions, explaining the benefits of generic medicines, and managing daily store operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Customer Counseling:** Explain the cost-effectiveness and quality of generic medicines to customers to build trust.

* **Sales & Billing:** Handle the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and ensure accurate cash handling.

* **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, check for expiry dates, and assist in placing orders.

* **Prescription Reading:** Accurately read and interpret prescriptions to dispense the correct medications.

* **Store Maintenance:** Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organized, and compliant with pharmaceutical standards.

### **Requirements & Qualifications**

* **Education:** Minimum 12th pass; a D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree is a major plus but not mandatory for a pure sales role.

* **Experience:** Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare sales is preferred.

* **Skills:** Basic computer knowledge, good communication skills in Odia and Hindi, and a helpful attitude.

* **Knowledge:** Familiarity with common generic molecules and their brand equivalents (e.g., understanding that *Cyfic* is a generic version of *Zifi*).
