Electrical / Electronics Engineer

•       Maintain and service all HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution panels.

•       Manage PLC programming, SCADA systems, VFDs, and automation controls across extrusion and foundry equipment.

•       Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical assets.

•       Troubleshoot press control panels, billet heaters, age-oven controls, and cooling system drives.

•       Coordinate with OEM vendors for AMC, spares procurement, and breakdown support.

•       Ensure compliance with IE Rules, Factories Act electrical provisions, and Gujarat Electricity Board requirements.

•       Maintain up-to-date electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and asset records.

•       Support capital project installations — new press erection, utility expansion, or capacity upgrades.

•       Train and guide electrical technicians and operators on safe electrical practices.

•       Respond to and resolve electrical breakdowns within SLA targets to minimise production downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

•       B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Diploma holders with exceptional experience considered.

•       0-1 years in industrial plant maintenance with strong exposure to PLC/SCADA systems.

•       Hands-on experience with Siemens / Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and HMI programming.

•       Valid Electrical Supervisor Certificate (as per Gujarat Factories Rules) preferred.

•       Prior experience in aluminium extrusion, metals, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
