🎯 Job Summary

We are hiring AFL Operators to operate and monitor plant machinery efficiently in order to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for smooth machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and supporting plant activities.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities⚙️ Machine / Plant OperationOperate AFL machines/equipment as per SOPs and plant guidelines
• Monitor machine performance and ensure continuous operation
• Adjust settings to maintain optimal production output
• 📊 Production Monitoring
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved
• Maintain consistency in output quality
• Report any deviations or issues immediately
• 🛠️ Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance
• Identify machine faults and coordinate with maintenance team
• Reduce downtime through quick response
• 📦 Material Handling
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely
• Ensure proper feeding of materials into machines
• 🛡️ Safety & Compliance
• Follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements
• Maintain proper housekeeping (5S standards)
• Adhere to environmental and operational guidelines
• 📝 Documentation
• Maintain production logs, shift reports, and downtime records
• Report daily performance to supervisor
• 📌 Requirements
• ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical) or Diploma
• 1–3 years experience in machine/plant operations
• Experience in biomass / manufacturing / energy plant (preferred)
• Basic understanding of machinery and safety practices
