Job Description
Hiring For Banking Voice Process
Role:
A banking customer support role is all about helping customers with their financial needs, questions, and problems—usually as the first point of contact between the customer and the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Core responsibilitiesHandling customer queries: Answering questions about accounts, transactions, loans, credit cards, etc.
- Resolving issues: Fixing problems like failed transactions, incorrect charges, or login issues.
- Guiding customers: Explaining banking products (savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance).
- Processing requests: Helping with account updates, card blocking, password resets, etc.
- Complaint management: Listening to concerns and ensuring they’re resolved properly.
Requirement:
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil / English & Telugu / English & Hindi /English & Kannada.
Graduation is Mandatory.
Good sales and convincing skills.
Work Details:
Location- Kochi, Kalamassery.
24/7 Operation
6 days working.
1 rotational week off.
Male Candidate: Rotational Shift including night shift.
Female Candidate: Day Rotational Shift.

Salary- 23,000 CTC and 19,000 Take Home.
