Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Counselor to assist prospective students in making informed decisions about their educational and career pathways. The ideal candidate will provide guidance on course selection, admissions processes, study destinations, visa requirements, and related services while maintaining excellent relationships with students and their families.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding higher education opportunities in India and overseas.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Guide students through the application and admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the counseling process.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems accurately.
- Conduct educational seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with universities, partner institutions, and internal teams.
- Achieve counseling and enrollment targets while ensuring high-quality service.
- Stay updated on education trends, admission policies, and visa regulations.
