Job Title: Banca Assurance Officer (Life Insurance)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Field Sales Preferred)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Job Description:
Work with assigned bank branches to generate life insurance business by identifying customer needs and promoting suitable insurance products. Build strong relationships with bank staff, provide financial solutions to customers, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service. Conduct joint sales calls, generate leads, and maintain compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Good communication & relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with willingness to travel locally
