Banking Executive

Process day-to-day banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer account opening, KYC verification, and documentation.

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearing, and fund transfers.

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and the bank's internal policies.

Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.

Verify documents and ensure all operational procedures are followed.

Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth banking operations.

Cross-sell suitable banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and loans.

Monitor operational risks and report discrepancies promptly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank records.

Support branch audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Meet operational service standards and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Assist customers with digital banking services such as mobile banking, internet banking, and debit card activation.
