Job Description: Site Supervisor – Industrial Flooring
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee industrial flooring projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PU flooring, Epoxy flooring, construction chemicals, and site coordination, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution
- Manage manpower, contractors, and subcontractors effectively
- Implement and monitor quality control and safety standards at the site
- Track material usage and monitor site progress against project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth communication
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Industrial flooring projects
- PU Flooring
- Epoxy Flooring
- Construction chemicals
- Strong knowledge of site execution processes and quality standards
- Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges proactively
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
