Job DescriptionWe are hiring for an International Voice Process – Customer Support role with a leading global BPO company in Kochi.
The candidate will handle international customer calls, understand customer concerns, provide accurate solutions, and maintain professional communication.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain polite, clear, and customer-focused communication.
- Update customer interaction details in the system.
- Follow quality, productivity, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain attendance and shift adherence.
- RequirementsGood spoken English and listening skills.
- Clear pronunciation and basic grammar.
- Confident in handling continuous customer calls.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with rotational and night shifts.
- Ready to relocate to Kochi and work from the office.
- Hindi or Tamil communication will be an added advantage.
