Office Administrator
📍 Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
About the Role
We are looking for an Office Administrator who can connect with potential business clients, introduce our products and services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients over phone calls, and the ability to maintain professional follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls
• Introduce company products and services to prospects
• Explain product benefits clearly and professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain follow-up records and customer responses
• Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and demos
• Maintain daily calling and reporting targets
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident and professional phone communication
• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
• Prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Female candidates preferred
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary
₹15,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Incentives will be provided based on lead generation and conversions.
