Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Restaurant Managers— Fort Kochi, Ernakulam —to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in managing restaurant teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Handle team conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Streamline daily operations for efficiency and quality service
• Manage hiring and onboarding of staff at assigned levels
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards
• Oversee inventory management and stock control
• Handle financial aspects, including coordination with bookkeeping
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
• Experience working with financials/bookkeeping
• Capability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous hiring and onboarding experience
• Front-of-house experience (preferred)
• Innovative mindset with ability to present ideas to management

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management
• Language: Basic English required
• Industry: Hotels & Restaurants

Preferred Criteria

• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Gender Preference: Male
• Candidates from ernakulam preferred.
