Experience : Graduate freshers can Apply,

PUC Candidates should have 1 Year of Sales experience in any domain

Duties and Responsibilities

Product Expertise: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately inform customers about features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.

Customer Consultation: Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services (e.g., advising on size, color, model, or product alternatives).

Upselling & Cross-selling: Proactively suggest complementary or premium products to maximize the Average Transaction Value (ATV)

Promotions: Inform customers about and actively promote current sales, discounts, special offers, and store loyalty programs.

Transaction Management: Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and store credits.

Goal Setting & Reporting: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and report sales performance and customer feedback to the Store Manager.
