Job Description

An Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents or partner agencies (commonly in insurance, advertising, or financial services) to drive business growth. They focus on agent productivity, sales targets, and overall revenue. [1, 2]



Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Recruitment: Proactively identify, interview, and onboard new sales agents or advisors.
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct regular product training, sales-pitch coaching, and skill-development sessions.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor sales targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and review advisor progress.
  • Field Support: Accompany agents on client visits to provide on-the-job training and help close high-value deals.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all agents adhere to industry regulations, licensing requirements, and company sales protocols.



Essential Requirements

  • Education:Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 1+ years of frontline sales, agency management, or business development experience
  • Core Skills: Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building abilities
