Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with car accessory shops, dealers, garages, and distributors across Kerala.
Visit counters regularly and ensure active product movement and repeat orders.
Develop new counters, dealerships, and business opportunities in assigned routes and districts.
Promote Bailey Trading products including PPF, nano ceramic films, carbon films, and automotive protection materials.
Support dealers with product knowledge, pricing, display ideas, and sales coordination.
Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market coverage systematically.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with tele-calling, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order delivery and payment collection.
Maintain daily route reports, customer records, follow-ups, and sales updates.
Represent the company professionally and maintain long-term trust with clients and partners.
Required Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in automotive/accessory sales preferred
Willingness to travel across Kerala
Basic sales reporting and coordination skills
Positive attitude, discipline, and market understanding
Main Goal
Expand Bailey Trading’s dealer network, strengthen customer relationships, and increase product sales throughout Kerala.
