The Opportunity

As part of EY's Clients & Industries (C&I) team, you will support business growth and strategic decision-making through reporting, forecasting, performance analytics, and business insights. The role offers exposure to global stakeholders, leadership reporting, dashboard development, and operational excellence initiatives. You will leverage data to identify trends, improve business performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasting and pipeline tracking reports
  • Perform fee benchmarking and comparative business analysis.
  • Support research initiatives and business intelligence activities.
  • Analyze business performance data and identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, forecasting, performance analytics, business operations, or related functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting business reviews, forecasting, performance reporting, dashboard development, and management reporting activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Experience translating data into actionable business insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Knowledge of sales forecasting and business planning processes.
  • Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
  • Basic project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
