Job Description

We are hiring for Investment Portfolio Advisor / Investment Relationship Manager roles under Wealth RM and BDRM profiles across Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Mangalore, and Shimoga locations.

The role involves client acquisition, asset gathering, AUM growth, SIP book growth, client activation/reactivation, and relationship management. Candidates will be responsible for promoting financial and investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Corporate FD, SGB, and other wealth products.

Role Details:

Wealth RM – Investment Portfolio Advisor

Locations: Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut

Experience: 3–7 Years

CTC: 6–8 LPA

Vacancies: 6

BDRM – Investment Relationship Manager

Locations: Calicut, Kochi, Mangalore, Shimoga

Experience: 1–5 Years

CTC: 3.5–5 LPA

Vacancies: 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients with benchmark assets.
  • Grow AUM by gathering assets from existing, new, and reactivated clients.
  • Increase SIP book and SIP collection.
  • Activate new clients and reactivate inactive clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, both physical and virtual.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Promote Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Corporate FD, SGB, and other investment products.
  • Achieve branch-level business targets related to AUM, SIP, client acquisition, and profitability.
  • Ensure high-quality client service and customer relationship management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in wealth management, broking, mutual funds, banking, insurance, PMS, SIP, or financial product sales.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of capital markets and investment products preferred.
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream.
  • Local language fluency will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

  • NISM Series V-A / Mutual Fund Distributor Certification.
  • EUIN Number.
  • NISM Series XXI-A / PMS Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Insurance Corporate Agency License / SP Certificate will be an added advantage.
