Business Development Executive (BDE)

Business Development & Sales :

-Execute field marketing strategies to generate new customer leads.

-Conduct daily lead generation activities and effectively convert prospects into new customers.

-Perform proactive sales calls to promote gold loans and third-party financial products.

-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer acquisition and business volume.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management :

-Cross-sell and up-sell third-party and group products to existing Gold Loan customers.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

-Support branch operations by assisting with interest collection and customer service inquiries.

-Conduct branch catchment development activities to increase local market presence and brand awareness.

Operational Compliance & Integrity :

- Strictly adhere to all lending norms and company policies in customer transactions.

- Maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions.

- Contribute to a positive and productive branch environment through teamwork and collaboration.
