Intrim Sales Representative

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.

Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.

Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning.

Pilot new sales strategies and report on their effectiveness.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using Bizom app.

Provide feedback from the field to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

Pitch and sell products or services by establishing contact with potential clients and building positive relationships.

Prepare and submit sales reports to management .

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends.

Generate desired leads for sales and continuously look after key performance indicators (KPIs).  

Qualifications & Skills· 

Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.· 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· 

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.· 

Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and customer needs.· 

Familiarity with Bizom software and sales analytics tools.· 

Qualification no bar (12th pass ).
