• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (Furniture, Home, Electronics, Lifestyle, Apparel, or similar retail industry preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
