Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for the LLS process. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Bengali, capable of handling customer queries efficiently, and delivering a high level of service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding LLS services, processes, and policies.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs, SLAs).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Bengali (both spoken and written is mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
0–2 years of experience in customer support / BPO / call center.
Experience in LLS or similar processes is an added advantage.
Salary - starting from 4lpa
