Job Description
Machine Maintenance Executive / Technician – Job Role
A Machine Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all machines and equipment in the factory or production unit operate efficiently with minimum downtime.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of machines
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
* Repair and replace damaged machine parts
* Maintain maintenance records and service schedules
* Ensure smooth operation of production machinery
* Coordinate with production teams to reduce machine downtime
* Monitor machine performance and safety standards
* Handle breakdown maintenance during emergencies
* Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and calibration of equipment
* Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors if required

* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
