Job Description
About DAO EVTech
AI-native electric two-wheeler company headquartered in Pune. We convert motorcycle repair shops into EV dealerships across India, building the grassroots distribution network in a 1.28 million unit/year market.
The Role
You run your own store with full P&L ownership. After 1-month paid training, you build the business from scratch in your assigned city: site selection, store setup, team recruitment, ground-level customer acquisition, and monthly sales targets. This is not a desk job — you are an entrepreneur backed by a proven system.
What You Will Do
• Complete 1-month training: 2 weeks classroom + 2 weeks hands-on at flagship store
• Select store site, manage renovation, and set up operations
• Recruit, train, and manage a sales team
• Execute ground push: door-to-door, mobile showroom at markets/IT parks, WhatsApp community
• Accumulate pre-sale bookings before grand opening, convert 80%+ to sales
• Coordinate EMI/finance partners, insurance, and local PR/influencers
• Own store P&L: manage rent, utilities, marketing, and labor costs within budget
• Hit monthly sales targets and sustain growth
Requirements
• 3–10 years in two-wheeler sales, automobile dealership, showroom, or retail management
• Local language + conversational Hindi
• Willing to do fieldwork: ground push, market visits, customer follow-ups
• Smartphone with WhatsApp; willing to work in assigned city (home city preferred)
Reports To Cluster Manager / District Director
Notice Period Immediate to 30 days preferred
Bonus: EV experience (Ola/Ather/TVS/Bajaj) | Ground push from real estate/FMCG/insurance | Team management | EMI/NBFC knowledge
