Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee development activities.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration activities.
- Coordinate administrative processes and vendor interactions.
- Ensure smooth workplace operations and employee support services.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports and management updates.
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, leave, employee files, and HR documentation.
